Who We Cater For

Assess Education is an alternative provision working with young people who have become disengaged from mainstream education. These individuals attend our provision for a variety of reasons and as such need a more personal, relaxed environment where they can realise their potential. The majority of our students are aged between 14 and 16 years old, however, many do return post 16 to re-sit or further their education. Whilst there are full-time courses for students to complete GCSE and/or Functional skills qualifications we also offer shorter, more flexible options for those who are hoping to return to mainstream education. We work closely with Liverpool Local Authority namely the Alternative Provision team who refer students to Assess Education as well as local schools, the Looked After Children team, Free Schools, other Alternative provisions, colleges and out of city authorities.
